How it works

A personalised profile of your business. We do the reading.

1

Build your profile

Describe your business, point us at your website so we read your case studies, and add the public-sector contracts you've won. The more detail you give, the sharper the scoring: the judge learns your real bid pattern, not a generic checklist. And you can enrich it any time.

2

We read and score everything, daily

We read every UK + Ireland public-sector notice as it's published and score each 0–10 against your profile, with the reasoning spelled out: fit, caveats, and what to do next.

3

Read it, then shape it

You open one email organised by procurement stage (frameworks opening, pre-qualification, live tenders, early pipeline) plus competitor awards, each pick ranked with its reasoning. A one-tap thumbs up/down teaches the judge, and you can refine your profile or scoring rules any time. It sharpens to your bids over time.

How the scoring works

Reasoning, not magic.

Every relevance score is explained in three short sentences: what fits, what to watch out for, and what to do about it. The score is calibrated to your real bid pattern, not a generic checklist of capabilities.

Your past wins as in-context examples

The judge sees the public-sector contracts you've actually won as reference. New notices are scored by how closely they resemble those shapes: capability, buyer type, value bracket, geography, scope vocabulary.

Your project portfolio as language

We scrape your public project pages so the judge speaks your vocabulary. If your case studies talk about Yorkstone flags or principal contractor on Tier-1 packages, the judge understands what that means in context.

Structured reasoning on every score

Each notice comes back with three short sentences: fit, caveats, recommendation. So your BDM isn't trusting a black-box number, they're reading why this opportunity matched and what to do next.

It learns from your feedback

Most tender tools stop at keyword alerts. MyTenderBox learns from the tenders you accept, reject, and actually win, so the scoring gets closer to your real bid pattern over time.

Competitor awards intel

Not just what you could bid for. Who is already winning.

Your digest includes recent public-sector awards in your market, so you can see the buyers spending money, the suppliers taking the work, and the contract values competitors are landing.

Track demand

See which public buyers are awarding similar work, even when there is no live tender to chase yet.

Map competitors

Spot the firms repeatedly winning in your space, by buyer, contract type and value.

Bid with context

Use award patterns to qualify opportunities, sharpen positioning and prioritise sectors.

Sample digest

See what lands in your industry's inbox.

Pick a sector. The digest is organised the way a bid team actually works: live tenders to respond to now, EOI/PQQ stages to qualify for, new frameworks to join, early pipeline to prepare for, and recent competitor awards. Every match shows the relevance score and why it matched, plus a one-tap thumbs up/down that teaches the judge.

Audio-visual installation, broadcast equipment, live event production for public broadcasters, universities and venues.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you decide what's relevant to my business?

We build a personalised company profile for you, pulling your past public-sector award notices and scraping your project portfolio so the judge knows your actual bid pattern. Each new tender gets a 0–10 score with structured reasoning: fit, caveats, recommendation. Calibrated to what you've actually won, not a generic capabilities checklist.

What goes into the personalised company profile?

Your verified past wins (we pull every notice where your business is named as supplier on the published award, including under any previous or trading names you tell us about), your project portfolio (scraped from your website's case-studies or projects page), a short industry blurb you supply, and optionally where you operate. These become the in-context examples the AI judge scores new tenders against, so the score reflects your real shape of work, not a guess. You can add missed contracts, prior legal names and more detail any time from your account page. The more you tell us, the sharper the scoring.

Which sources do you scan?

Major UK public procurement sources, scanned daily: Find a Tender for UK-wide above-threshold notices, Contracts Finder, and Public Contracts Scotland. On top of that we bring in Republic of Ireland and EU-wide above-threshold notices via TED, so you get UK coverage plus Irish and European reach on the same feed.

What if my business hasn't won a public-sector contract yet?

Common situation, and not a problem. If we can't find your business named on any award notice (typical for newer firms, niche suppliers, or businesses that sit on Tier-1 frameworks rather than bid direct), we build the judge's reference set from your project portfolio (case studies and work pages on your website) plus the industry positioning paragraph you gave us at signup. One thing worth checking first: award notices name the supplier exactly as registered at the time, so if you've rebranded or restructured, add your previous legal names at signup or from your account page and we'll search under those too. We re-scan the procurement feeds for new wins every month, so as you win contracts they're picked up automatically.

What's the competitor awards intel?

Alongside the tenders you could bid on, we surface the recent public-sector contracts that firms like yours have just won: who won what, from which buyer, for how much. It's the market intelligence keyword-alert tools don't give you: a live picture of who's winning work in your space, so you can see where the demand is and who you're up against.

What do I get free, before paying?

Your full Procurement Intelligence Pack. That's your built-and-confirmed company profile (as a shareable PDF), a one-off 60-day digest covering every currently-open opportunity that matches your profile, organised by procurement stage, and a tailored competitor-intelligence report on who's winning similar work. No card required for any of it. If you want the daily digest to keep coming after that, you subscribe.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Start free with no card required. We build your scoring profile from your website, public-sector wins and business description, then send your free Procurement Intelligence Pack before you pay. If you want digests to continue after that, subscribe from your account page by card or Bacs Direct Debit. It's £49/month, month-to-month, cancel any time.
